long will it take before I can use my hosting account?
After the signup process has been completed and payment made, you will be
able to start using your new hosting account immediately . If you are going
to use a new domain name with your account, it may take up to 48 hours before
your new domain name will be functional.

is the cost for renewing my Free domain name after the first year?
As long as you renew your hosting account with us, you do not need to worry
about the domain renewal fees because we will renew your domain name for FREE
of charge. If you wish to renew the domain name without our hosting services,
each domain name can be renewed at $12.99 / year for .com, .net, .org, .us,
.biz and .info domain names.

is the cost for renewing the IVC hosting account after the first year?
You will be able to renew your hosting account with IVCHosting at the same
cost as when you initially signed-up for our hosting services or the current
price, whichever is lower.

- Can
I park the "free domain name" on one of my existing domain names used with
your hosting service?
Yes you can add the new free domain name parked on the web site, or being
an alias pointing to the same web site. But once you claim the "free domain
name", you are no longer entitled to transfer your existing domain name to
IVCHosting for Free. You may either choose to claim "one Free domain name"
or "one Free domain name transfer" with every of our hosting accounts. If
you choose "one Free domain name transfer", we will extend your existing domain
name expiry by one year free for you if successful.

you provide on-site and 24 hour telephone support?
Currently we do not provide onsite & telephone support to our customers. But
we do respond to all requests via emails in a very timely manner. Tech support,
Customer Service and Sales is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via
Support Tickets and Live Chat.

Am I allowed to send SPAM using your service?
As IvcHosting.com defines spam to be mass, unsolicited, impertinent messages
(i.e. junk mail), accounts which send spam will be immediately terminated,
and will be charged theft of service fines up to $1 per message plus a $10
processing fee per complaint received.

I allowed to SPAM advertise a website hosted by IVCHosting ?
You can not SPAM advertise any website hosted by IVCHosting. We will be forced
to terminate websites that are SPAM advertised, because SPAM advertising will
cause our servers to be blacklisted even though the Spam emails are not relayed
via our servers. There will also be $10 processing fee per complaint received.

I allowed to host materials offensive to certain quarters in my account?
No. You are not allowed to host sites that criticize a person, an organization,
a community or violate copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other
statute.

- Can
I cancel the hosting at any time, or is
there a minimum contract for the amount of months that I must keep the site
with IVCHosting?
You can cancel your account at any time and there is not any contract for
the amount of months that you have to keep the site. When you cancel your
account, we will refund the amount equal to the remaining unused portion of
your account minus the cost of the Free domain name or Free domain name transfer
(if applicable). The amount will be refunded back to your credit card but
there will be a small charge for the credit card billing processing fee. This
fee is imposed to us by the Credit Card Companies.

- Do
you provide any Web site development tool?
Currently we do not provide any web development tool, but you can use any
web site generator such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Netscape Composer, Hotdog
Pro, MS.FrontPage and etc as long as the generator is able to fulfill your
page requirement. After you create your webpages, you can use a file transfer
program (i.e.CuteFTP) to upload your html files to your hosting account. The
software is availabe at http://www.cuteftp.com.

there be any discount for Non profit Organizations?
Our hosting accounts are already very reasonably priced at USD 39.96 per year
with a Free domain name. So currently we do not offer additional discounts
for non profit organizations.
